Homemade Veggie Nuggets

  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Cooking spray (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with the olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the sweet potato fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes become golden brown and crispy.
  5. During the baking process, you can flip the sweet potato fries halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.


  • You can customize the seasoning or spices to your liking.
  • For extra crispiness, make sure the sweet potato fries are not overcrowded when you arrange them on the baking sheet.
